1. Free Shipping
- Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $35, a shipping fee of $10–$15 will apply.
2. Shipping Time

South Africa: 7–10 business days (Aramex, Dpex)
Note: All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Customized items may take 3–5 business days to ship.

5. Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages carefully:

If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, do NOT accept the package. Ask the delivery person to return it.
