  • Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $35, a shipping fee of $10–$15 will apply.

  • North America: 4–6 business days (FedEx, UPS, DHL)

  • Europe: 4–7 business days (DHL, OneWorldShipping)

  • South Africa: 7–10 business days (Aramex, Dpex)

⏳ Note: All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Customized items may take 3–5 business days to ship.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages carefully:

  • If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, do NOT accept the package. Ask the delivery person to return it.

  • If the package was left at your door and is damaged, contact the shipping company immediately to return it.

  • Contact us right away in case of any such issues — this will help avoid double freight charges.

  • We are not responsible for damages, missing items, or incorrect parts after 15 business days.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages — claims must be made through the shipping company.
